Casa Del Sol was originally built in 2008, to be a B&B, but has also been a private home! It has been a very successful rental for the past 4 years.

The fully furnished home has a total of 2300 sq.ft. of spacious, comfortable living, with all the amenities of a tropical paradise. All the rooms open onto the terrace area, are well lit and have large ceiling fans. The house has an abundance of windows and doors that let the cool mountain breezes flow through.

It has a plunge pool right by the outdoor living space, for hanging out in, while still being a part of the conversations.

The large Rancho area has dining tables that will seat 8. After dining you can relax on the terrace areas, or take a plunge and hangout in the pool. There is a FULLY equipped, recently updated and modern indoor Kitchen. The large kitchen has a a lot of storage and counter space, dishwasher, and counter sitting area with 4 stools.

The outdoor kitchen has also been recently updated and is complete with fridge, stove, sink and BBQ. It is the perfect place to prepare your meals …while enjoying all the ambience of the jungle.

There is a sitting area / living room as a part of the indoor kitchen/ great room, with a TV watching area.

The 4 large, equal sized bedrooms all have queen sized bamboo beds, ceiling fans and private bathrooms. There is a closet wardrobe and 2 nightstands in each room. Each bedroom is very private!

YES! All Bathrooms and the kitchens have hot water. The water in the development comes from a local spring and is very safe for consumption!

The observation deck, above the carport is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the many varieties of birds or the monkeys that frequent the area.

The laundry room has large capacity washer and dryer.
Beside the laundry room is a secure, dry room for storing valuables, etc. with lots of shelving.

There is an outside shower for rinsing off after a day at the Beach or hiking in the jungle.

With the house there is an additional second lot; that attaches the house lot, and can be built on. You could build a casita, a large pool with a rancho, whatever you wish!

The house is located in the mountains, 8 minutes above the village of Ojochal. It is in a gated community with a lot of green space, security and privacy. This house is the only house on a dead end street, at this time. Very private and quiet!
