7MARES has been conceived following the most rigorous, advanced and sophisticated technical design parameters, with an emphasis on sustainability. For this purpose, highly energy efficient, functional and operational systems, materials and equipment have been used. An ecologically friendly building has thus been achieved that will ensure significant savings for homeowners. The building is expressed in a structure composed of two bodies: one tall and sober that contains the different models of apartments, and the other low and green where there are generous parking spaces for vehicles and golf carts with their respective tanks.
All the apartments have beautiful views of the Las Iguanas golf course designed by the incomparable Jack Nicklaus and the stunning blue waters of CapCana.
