 En adicion tiene piscina grande, parqueo techado para cuatro vehículos, cisterna de 10,000 galones, gas industrial. La casa esta totalmente verjada. Toda la madera que se usó en la casa es imbulla, una madera mucho mas preciosa y dura que la caoba.

La casa tiene una vista espectacular que en dias claros se ve la cordillera lo cual hace que no se sienta que el solar es de solo 634 M2. Tiene tres niveles, en el tercero están las tres habitaciones cada una con su baño y un family room que con el simple hecho de ponerle una puerta podría convertirse en una cuarta habitación. Luego esta el mezzanine de madera que puede tener muchísimos usos. 

En el segundo nivel, que es el que esta a nivel de la calle, tenemos un cuarto para la lavadora y secadora, fregadero y desahogo en general (esto podría convertirse en cocina caliente), una cocina amplia, comedor formal, baño de visita, sala formal y la gran terraza integrada a la casa donde esta una gran sala, jacuzzi y comedor informal. 

En el primer nivel tenemos dos áreas con entradas independientes, el apartamento del servicio ( o sea baño, habitación y sala) y en la otra área hay dos cuartos de desahogo, cuarto de maquinas para el jacuzzi y la piscina, baño full y un área grande que no esta cerrada pero podria hacerse en la misma lo que uno quiera y esto da a la piscina.

Al area de la piscina se puede entrar desde la casa o por una de las escaleras laterales de la casa. El área de servicio tiene entrada independiente.
