Located in Santo Domingo Norte, the two 8-apartment residential buildings consist of 4 levels. The search for 93 m2 apartments consisted of balancing a good floor plan, as well as an economic response for the customer.

The complex is integrated, allowing great flexibility to green spaces and apartments that are enriched by the entry of natural light and cross ventilation.

The large frame that crowns the building envelops the apartments, vertically unifying the structure. The formlet construction technique was used for this project, first for the firm, which was of interest to learning to work with these structures.

The design of each apartment contemplates the relationship between social and private areas, as well as the cross ventilation and natural lighting that influence these spaces.

Ubicada en Santo Domingo Norte, los dos edificios residenciales de 8 apartamentos, consta de 4 niveles. La búsqueda de apartamentos de 93 m2, consistió en balancear un buen diseño de planta, como con una respuesta económica para el cliente.

El conjunto se encuentra de forma integral permitiendo gran flexibilidad a espacios verdes y apartamentos que se enriquecen de entrada de luz natural y ventilación cruzada.

El gran enmarcado que corona la edificación, envuelve a los apartamentos, unificando de forma vertical la estructura. La técnica constructiva de formaletas fue utilizada para este proyecto, primera para la firma, lo cual fue de interés para el aprendizaje de trabajar con estas estructuras. 

El diseño de cada apartamento contempla la relación de las áreas sociales y las privadas, así como a su vez la ventilación cruzada e iluminación natural que influyen en estos espacios.
