The delivery date is scheduled for the second quarter of 2025, and the payment schedule is 50% under construction and 50% against delivery. The payment terms are: separation of US$2,000.00, initial of 10% 30 days after the separation, 40% in monthly installments, and the remaining 50% upon delivery of the property.
