Lagos, is our first indoor community facing an expanse of water inside the Resort.

With a privileged location just minutes from white sand beaches, steps from the sports center and very close to all amenities.

We will create a new ecosystem of birds, fish and lush landscapes, in perfect balance with our residential development, giving rise to a Caribbean atmosphere that will benefit from our year-round warm climate, tropical breeze and natural environment.


Lagos Properties


The lakes will be recreational, suitable for paddling, kayaking and other non-motorized sports.
They will have an average depth between 1.5 and 2 meters
They will have between 15 and 30 meters in front of them and 5 meters of lateral border
We are working with the Ecological Foundation to create a unique ecosystem of flora and fauna
The wooded area at the recreational lake will have a bridge and the path will be via golf carts, bicycles or walking.
It hasn't come to fruition yet, but on the Middle Island we are deciding to have between a SPA, restaurant, or other social attraction
Distance to the beach is 5 minutes and 1 minute to the sports center by golf cart
We will have a canoe and paddle club
The lakes will have a system of aerifications - submerged fountains that oxygenate if water is swallowed
The plots have between 1,650 m2 and 2,500 m2
Construction can begin in approximately 4 months in conjunction with the installation of infrastructure
The plots have a tax incentive, that is, they will not pay either 3% transfer or 1% per year for 15 years

Tendrán profundidad promedio entre 1.5 a 2 mts
