Sale of Lots in Verón
Construction policies for the lots:

1 - The occupancy of the lot by the habitable constructed area is limited to 50% of its surface after deducting the distances to boundaries and two floors, reserving the rest for recreational activities such as gardening, swimming pool, sports, parking, etc.

(In the case of a lot of 480 m2 and prior separation to boundaries according to the urban regulations of the area, it would be 172 m2 on the ground floor and 172 m2 on the upper floor.)

2 - The use would be exclusively residential excluding any other use such as commercial, industrial, livestock, service, etc.

3 - Before the start of any construction, the owner will be obliged to raise the separation wall with the adjacent lots in blocks of 20x20x40 cm and a minimum height of 1.50 meters, either alone or in collaboration with the neighbor, excluding the selling promoter of the parcel Angel Saiz Notary regarding the UNSOLD lots, occupying the mentioned wall the center of the dividing line, that is, 10 cm of their lot and 10 cm of the neighbor.

Políticas de construcción de los solares:

1 - Se limita la ocupación del solar por la zona construida habitable al 50% de su superficie después de deducir las distancias a linderos y dos plantas Baja y Alta, reservando el resto para actividades lúdicas como jardinería, piscina, deportiva, estacionamiento etc.

(En caso de solar de 480 m2 y previa separación a linderos de acuerdo con la normativa urbana de la zona, serían de 172 m2 en planta baja y 172 m2 en planta alta.)

2 - El uso sería exclusivamente residencial excluyendo cualquier otro uso como comercial, industrial, ganadero de servicios etc.

3 - Antes del inicio de cualquier construcción, el propietario estará obligado a levantar el muro de separación con los solares colindantes en bloque de 20x20x40 cms y altura mínima de 1.50 metros, por si solo o en colaboración con el vecino, excluido el promotor vendedor del parcelario Angel Saiz Notario respecto de los solares NO VENDIDOS, ocupando el mencionado muro el centro de la línea divisoria, osea 10 cms de su solar y 10 cms. del vecino.

4 - En la calle central del parcelario, se prohíbe tanto el estacionamiento de cualquier tipo de vehículo así como el depósito de utensilios, materiales, maquinarias, herramientas, tanques, animales etc. que obstruya o limite el correcto desplazamiento de los vehículos.
