Improvements made:

-The sides and the back (of the entire lot) are surrounded by a perimeter retaining wall. This prevents the fill sand (which raises the ground level to sea level) from washing away due to rain.

-Embedded in the retaining wall (every x meters) are galvanized posts of 2m height, which would serve to fence the lot with some type of mesh.

Mejoras realizadas:

-Los laterales y el fondo (del terreno completo) están circundados por un muro de contención perimetral. El cual evita que la arena del relleno (que eleva la altura del suelo a nivel del mar), se salga por efecto de la lluvia.

-Fundidos en el muro de contención (cada x metros) hay postes galvanizados de 2mts. de altura, que servirían para cercar el terreno con algún tipo de malla.

-Se relleno con arena local y se sembraron cocoteros y árboles frutales.
