Authentic Mediterranean style house in the heart of La Herradura
Built by the Spanish architect Jose Luis Ezquerra, who always left a strong Mediterranean influence in his works. A great lover of light, white domes, fantasy stairs, thick walls, and central patios.
Among his best works is the hotel LAS HADAS in Manzanillo.

This house is characterized by its levels to make the most of sunlight and thus achieve its exquisite temperature. Surrounded by thick white walls typical of an authentic Mediterranean home.

On the ground floor, we find a spacious living-dining room with great natural light and beautiful green views. Next to it is the breakfast area with access to one of the gardens and double-height ceilings, which could also become a family room or another needed space.

The stairs are the backbone to give all spaces a great personality and take advantage of all their light and open, very green views.

Going up, we find two more bedrooms with their bathroom and closet, one of them being the main one, which is large, with its office area and a small terrace full of color.

There would be the possibility of building a roof above the living-dining room, which would give the house a space of light, sun, peace, and rest.

Right now, they are remodeling all the sidewalks of the private area.

The house includes two covered parking spaces and the possibility of parking on the street due to the great security of the private area.

At the parking level, there are 3 storage rooms and the service area.

The house is very close to Anahuac University and German School and has excellent access to Tecamachalco and Bosques.

Ahora mismo estan remodelando todas las banquetas de la privada

La casa incluye dos estacionamientos techados y la posibilidad de estacionarse en la calle por la gran seguridad que tiene la privada

A nivel del estacionamiento se encuentran 3 bodegas y el area de servicio

La casa esta muy cerca de la Universidad Anahuac y Colegio Aleman y tiene excelentes salidas a Tecamachalco y Bosques
