Bank Auction

There are 3 points you should know about Bank Auctions:

1. INFONAVIT, FOVISSSTE and BANK credits are not accepted, only Own Resources.
2. The buildings are inhabited by the debtor party, so they can only be seen from the outside.
3. The Transfer of Rights is before a Notary Public and the physical delivery of the property takes 8 to 10 months, to conclude the Judgment, evict the debtor and hand over the property to him.

All our properties are between 30 and 60% below their market value.



BANK AUCTION
CONTRACT: $ $250,000.00 pesos. (Contribution to the Signing of the Contract)
TRANSFER: $600,000.00 pesos. (Payment directly to the Bank for Transfer to a Notary)
TOTAL: $850,000.00 pesos.Remate Bancario

Son 3 puntos que debes conocer al respecto de los Remates Bancarios:

1. No se aceptan créditos de INFONAVIT, FOVISSSTE y BANCARIOS, únicamente Recursos Propios.
2. Los inmuebles se encuentran habitados por la parte deudora, por lo tanto sólo se pueden ver por la parte de afuera.
3. La Cesión de Derechos es ante Notario Público y la entrega física del inmueble es de 8 a 10 meses, para concluir el Juicio desalojar al deudor y entregarle la propiedad.

Todos nuestros Inmuebles se encuentran entre el 30 y 60% debajo de su valor de mercado.



REMATE BANCARIO
CONTRATO : $ $ 250,000.00 pesos. (Aportación a la Firma del Contrato)
CESIÓN: $ 600,000.00 pesos. (Pago directamente al Banco para la Cesión ante Notario)
TOTAL: $ 850,000.00 pesos.
