It is a building located on Calle Héroes N 227, Colonia Guerrero, one of the first colonies founded during the 19th century in Mexico City, which is characterized by being a popular neighborhood of neighborhoods and apartments.
By modulating the surface of the building in quadrants, the location of each apartment was generated, as well as the common areas and lighting and ventilation cubes, thus resulting in a functional and aesthetically outstanding building, with apartments of 50m2 on average. It was built with few apparent materials that require low maintenance.
Comfort is achieved through passive design strategies, natural lighting during the day, as well as the choice of the black block, which, because it is thermal, does not require heating or air conditioning, thus guaranteeing the quality of the interior environment. With the use of energy efficient equipment and the collection of rainwater for sanitary use, there is a reduction in the consumption of drinking water. In terms of electrical energy, each apartment has 8 to 10 lighting outputs and 8 to 10 contacts, sufficient for average consumption.

45m2 of terraceEs un edificio ubicado en la calle Héroes N 227, Colonia Guerrero, una de las primeras colonias que se fundaron durante el siglo XIX en la CDMX, la cual se caracteriza por ser un barrio popular de vecindades y departamentos.
Modulando la superficie del predio en cuadrantes se generó la ubicación de cada departamento, así como las áreas comunes y cubos de iluminación y ventilación, resultando así un edificio funcional y estéticamente sobresaliente, con departamentos de 50m2 en promedio. Fue construido con pocos materiales aparentes que requieren de bajo mantenimiento.
El confort se logra a través de estrategias de diseño pasivo, la iluminación natural durante el día, así como la elección del block negro, que por ser térmico no demanda calefacción o aire acondicionado, garantizando así la calidad del ambiente interior. Con la utilización de equipos de bajo consumo y la captación de agua pluvial para uso sanitario, se genera la reducción en el consumo de agua potable. En materia de energía eléctrica, cada departamento tiene de 8 a 10 salidas de iluminación y de 8 a 10 contactos, suficientes para el consumo promedio.
