Altabrisa House

This house is located north of the city of Mérida in the residential Altabrisa, it has been designed for the enjoyment of its owners who are offered an open floor plan in the social areas as well as a connection to the outside terrace with pool. Upon entering the house, total isolation from the street and its context is achieved, creating a private oasis. It is developed in an “L” scheme and each space has been given visual views of its multiple terraces, providing natural lighting and ventilation. The architectural program consists of a social space that integrates living room, dining room, kitchen and terrace, family room as an articulating space with three bedrooms that connect to multiple terraces and an oratory in the garden area.Casa Altabrisa

Esta casa se encuentra al norte de la ciudad de Mérida en la residencial Altabrisa, se ha proyectado para el disfrute de sus propietarios a quienes se les ofrece una planta libre en las áreas sociales así como conexión al exterior terraza con alberca, al ingresar a la casa se consigue un total aislamiento de la calle y su contexto creando un oasis privado. Se desarrolla en un esquema en "L" y se ha dotado a cada espacio de visuales a sus múltiples terrazas brindando iluminación y ventilación natural. El programa arquitectónico se conforma por un espacio social que integra sala, comedor, cocina y terraza, salón familiar como espacio articulador de tres dormitorios que conectan a múltiples terrazas y un oratorio en el área de jardín.
