Located in southeastern Mexico, on the Yucatan Peninsula and in the state of the same name, is this historic farm. It is located in an exceptional location, very close to the archaeological sites of Uxmal (World Heritage Site), Oxkintok and the Puuc route, to the Calcetok and Loltún caves, to the beautiful cities of Mérida and Campeche, to the Franciscan convents route and to the beautiful coastal area and biosphere reserve of Celestún and Isla Arenas. In addition, due to its excellent location, it is possible to make incomparable getaways.



The Hacienda has two churches, a spectacular main house and a beautiful striped house, as well as the ruins of the old canteen, the mill and the stables.



The oldest buildings date back to a short time after the conquest. According to the tradition of the locals, a large pyramid was located there, which was dismantled and reused for the construction of some of the current buildings, evidenced by the enormous amount of carved stone existing on floors and terraces.



There are also other more modern buildings that date back to the so-called golden age of Yucatán (19th century), when this land became enormously rich with the cultivation and commercialization of henequén and a much more spectacular type of construction was adopted during the Porfiriato.



The main house, in earthy red color, has a flexible layout. It has three bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living/library, master bedroom and three other rooms that can be used both for suites and common areas, it also has two corridors with arches and columns. This building also has a ground floor of which currently only a small part is used as a warehouse, which was the old prison, making it easy to reuse the rest of the rooms. In addition, on the ground floor that overlooks the main esplanade, there is a swimming area for men and women, for parties or events that could be held in the garden.



The striped house (blue) has five suites with private bathrooms and a large living room. It also has a corridor with arcades and columns.



It consists of two churches. One of them truly impressive for its size and beauty, ideal for any type of large celebration (weddings, baptisms, communions, fifteen years,...). The other, smaller one, is one of the oldest buildings on the property and stands out for its colonial sobriety.



There are other buildings: old stables and stables. All surrounded by beautiful and lush tropical vegetation.



It also has a small pool, located under a large ceibo (sacred tree of the Mayans) ready for use. Its area is approximately 3 hectares, with the possibility of expanding to 10.



It is private property and duly written and registered, with all papers in order and up to date.



The Mayan train will pass by the old town of the farm.

La Hacienda cuenta con dos Iglesias, una espectacular casa principal y una hermosa casa de rayas, así como las ruinas de la antigua cantina, el molino y las cuadras.



Las construcciones más antiguas se remontan a poco tiempo después de la conquista, según la tradición de los lugareños en el lugar se ubicaba una gran pirámide, que se desmontó y reutilizó para la realización de algunos de los actuales edificios, quedando evidencia en la enorme cantidad de piedra tallada existente en pisos y terrazas.



Igualmente existen otras construcciones más modernas que datan de la conocida como época dorada del Yucatán (siglo XIX), cuando esta tierra se hizo enormemente rica con el cultivo y comercialización del henequén y se adoptó un tipo de construcción mucho más espectacular durante el porfiriato.



La casa principal, de color rojo tierra, cuenta con una distribución flexible. Dispone de tres baños, cocina, comedor, salón/biblioteca, dormitorio principal y otras tres estancias que se pueden utilizar tanto para suites como para áreas comunes, también cuenta con dos corredores de arcos y columnas. Este edificio también tiene una planta baja de la que actualmente sólo se utiliza una pequeña parte como bodega, lo que era la antigua cárcel, resultando fácil la reutilización del resto de las dependencias. Además en los bajos que dan a la explanada principal existen habilitada una zona de baños para hombres y para mujeres, para las fiestas o eventos que se pudieran realizar en el jardín.



La casa de rayas (azul) cuenta con cinco suites con sus baños privados y un gran salón, Igualmente dispone de un corredor con arcadas y columnas.



Consta de dos iglesias. Una de ellas verdaderamente impresionante por sus dimensiones y belleza, ideal para cualquier tipo de celebración numerosa (bodas, bautizos, comuniones, quince años,…). La otra, más pequeña, es una de las construcciones más antiguas de la propiedad y destaca por su sobriedad colonial.



Existen otros edificios: antiguos establos y cuadras. Todo ello rodeado de la hermosa y exuberante vegetación tropical.



Igualmente cuenta con una pequeña piscina, ubicada bajo un gran ceibo (árbol sagrado de los mayas) lista para su uso. Su superficie es de aproximadamente 3 hectáreas, con la posibilidad de ampliar a 10.



Es propiedad privada y debidamente escriturada y registrada, con todos los papeles en regla y al día.



El tren Maya pasará junto al casco de la hacienda.
