En la planta alta se encuentra la recámara principal con balcón hacia el sur-poniente para disfrutar de los atradeceres, un amplio vestidor y y el baño con una vista que parece un cuadro natural desde su tina. En la planta baja hay dos recámaras con su baño cada una, la sala de TV forrada en madera que da un toque europeo, el área de servicio y varias bodegas.
