Located just South of Tulum on the Yucatan Peninsula, Sian Ka'an is a UNESCO World Heritage site and Biosphere Reserve.

The Reserve offers privacy and seclusion from busy beaches, mass tourism has not reached Sian Ka'an yet. It is one of the few places where you can get up close with wildlife and the nature of the Riviera Maya although it is close enough to Tulum bohemian beach road to enjoy the restaurants and beachside clubs.

Tulum beach road is approx 15 min from the house, with the Caribbean Sea on one side of the road and a lot of lush jungle, cenotes and boutiques on the other, this road is visually splendid.
Tulum downtown is approximately 45 min from the house.Most folks spend their days, exploring the beach, waking for sunrise, kayaking, paddle boarding and snorkeling.
More adventure is close by: Mayan ruins, cenotes, jungle tours, artisan crafts, restaurants,
and nightlife.
