It is close to offices, restaurants, hospitals, educational centers, as well as quick connections to main avenues, the Central Bus Station, and Line 1 of Metrorrey.
The building consists of two levels of basements for parking, three levels of commercial premises where Cinépolis will be located, two levels of offices, and a rooftop that houses two sports courts and an event hall.
Inside, the project aims to create an architectural microclimate with structural elements and a scenic hue that results in the shape of a tree within a triple height, in which light and useful spaces are suspended, which are a glass stage and a hanging net.
These spaces have visual communication between the interior and the exterior through a twenty-two meter high glass curtain.

Proyecto comercial ubicado en la calle Bernardo Reyes, a un costado del primer supermercado Soriana de la zona Metropolitana, justo en el corazón de la Ciudad de Monterrey.
Se encuentra cerca de oficinas, restaurantes, hospitales, centros educativos, así como conexiones rápidas con avenidas principales, Central de Autobuses y con la Línea 1 de Metrorrey.
El edificio está compuesto de dos niveles de sótanos para estacionamientos, tres niveles de locales comerciales en donde se ubicará Cinépolis, dos niveles de oficinas y una azotea que alberga dos canchas deportivas y un salón de eventos.
En su interior, el proyecto opta por crear un microclima arquitectónico con elementos estructurales y un matiz escenográfico que dan como resultado la forma de un árbol dentro de una triple altura, en el cual se suspenden espacios ligeros y útiles, que son un escenario de cristal y una red colgante.
Dichos espacios cuentan con una comunicación visual entre lo interior y lo exterior mediante una cortina de cristal de veintidós metros de altura.
