LEED Certification and Sustainability

Torre Óptima II is undergoing LEED EBOM (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design - Existing Buildings Operations and Maintenance) certification process. This is done at the expense of the landlord, and will help to keep the facilities operating according to the best international standards and to increase the operational efficiency of the building, thus controlling maintenance costs. Torre Óptima II aims to achieve LEED EBOM Gold level certification in 2021.
