The contract conditions are as follows:

* Contract for a minimum of 2 years onwards

* 1 month of rent in advance

* 2 months of deposit as a guarantee

* 1 month of grace for office adaptation

* The space is in gray work

* It is delivered with service points such as: water, electricity, and drainage

(The wiring for electricity is the tenant's responsibility, from the substation to their office)

Bond or Joint Guarantor, in case the second option is requested, the following documentation is required:

Property Deed with the seal of the Public Registry of Property

Current Certificate of Freedom of Lien

Last current payment of property tax (Both the payment receipt and the property tax receipt)

Current Proof of Address

Official Identification of the Property Owner

THE DOCUMENTATION OF BOTH THE TENANT AND THE JOINT GUARANTOR MUST BE 100% CLEAR AND LEGIBLE.Espacio corporativo


Las condiciones de contrato son las siguientes:

* Contrato por un mínimo de 2 años en adelante

* 1 mes de renta anticipada

* 2 meses de depósito como garantía

* 1 mes de gracia para adecuación de Oficina

*El espacio se encuentra en obra gris

*Se entrega con puntas de servicio como son: agua, luz y drenaje

(El cableado para luz es a cargo del inquilino, desde la subestación hasta
su oficina)
