Superficie mecanizable. Son aproximadamente 400 hectáreas mecanizables. Lo demás son lomas pero hay muchas maderas preciosas (duras) como ciricote, granadillo, chicozapote, entre otras. En una parte se sembró zacate para ganadería.
Cuenta con pozo profundo de 44 metros de profundidad y el espejo de agua está a 15 o 17 metros de profundidad. Es de 8 pulgadas de diámetro. Tiene un tanque de almacenamiento de más de 30 mil litros.
La línea eléctrica queda a un kilómetro, hacia dónde está el pozo. En ese terreno ya ha habido ganado y se sembró maíz .
