Proyecto lotificado en 108 unidades, los cuales comprenden una distribución equitativade áreas verde y
esparcimiento.
El planteamiento de la lotificación se diseñó para que todos los predios tengan una relación cercana con las
amenidades y en todo momento interactúen con las áreas verdes, creando armonía entre los espacios.
No dejando atrás la conciencia del cuidado por el medio ambiente diseñamos y construimos bajo esta privada
residencial, haciendo la sustentabilidad y el cuidado al medio ambiente la esencia de este proyecto.
Desde la concepción del proyecto nos enfocamos en los remates visuales, el acceso de la privada y los ejes de
diseño son la columna guía que manifiestan la distribución de la lotificación fortaleciendo las intenciones de
diseño.
