It consists of: The main house, guest house, covered pool, tennis court, grill, palapa, garden and house for security.

Entering with a pleasant waterfall, then to the main entrance there is a fountain, with a spectacular view surrounded by trees and a view of Bosque Real and Interlomas. The Main House has, on the First Level: living room, dining room, covered pool, half bathroom, TV room, cellar, kitchen with a large pantry, dining room (currently used as a small greenhouse), study, laundry room, two service rooms with a common bathroom and two covered parking spaces, although more can be used outdoors. On the Second Level there are 3 bedrooms, each with a bathroom, the main one with dressing room, jacuzzi and steam, (it should be noted that each bathroom has a heater), TV room, study and terrace. In the basement there is a games room where there is currently room for a ping pong table, hockey table, billiards table and two bathrooms (men and women), outside is the tennis court, the grill and the palapa.

The guest house has a living room, dining room, kitchen, two

bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Entrando con una agradable cascadita, posteriormente para la entrada principal se encuentra una fuente, con una vista espectacular rodeada de árboles y vista a Bosque Real e Interlomas. La Casa Principal tiene, en el Primer Nivel: sala, comedor, alberca techada, medio baño, sala de tv, cava, cocina integral con una gran alacena, antecomedor (actualmente lo usan como un pequeño invernadero), estudio, cuarto de lavado, dos cuartos de servicio con baño en común y dos estacionamientos techados, aunque pueden caber más descubiertos. En el Segundo Nivel se encuentran 3 recámaras, cada una con baño, la principal con vestidor, jacuzzi y vapor, (cabe aclarar que cada baño tiene calentador), sala de tv, estudio y terraza. En el sótano hay una sala de juegos donde actualmente cabe una mesa de ping pong, mesa de hockey, billar y dos baños (hombres y mujeres), en la parte de afuera está la cancha de tennis, el asador y la palapa.

La casa de visita tiene sala, comedor, cocina integral, dos

recámaras y dos baño completos. La casa tiene calefacción móvil, cisterna y otra cisterna de aguas pluviales que se utiliza para regar, planta eléctrica que prende parte de la casa y gas estacionario
