Rancho Candelaria is located at km 8 of the Sucilá -Panabá highway through the dairy basin, and to reach the ranch we advanced a kilometer of dirt, enjoying a beautiful green landscape between trees and grass.
Rancho Candelaria has national prestige as a breeder of Beefmaster and Charbray registered cattle.
The area is 360 hectares, of which 60 hectares are mechanized, have an electric fence and 10 hectares have an irrigation system.
The soil type is Chichlum (land with small stones) which is ideal for livestock and agriculture.
In the vegetation we find Jabín, Chacá, Kitanché, Tzalam and Pich trees.
In the fauna there are Deer, Wild Boars, Tigrilles, Panthers, Rabbits, Turkeys, Parrots and various birds.
It is important to mention that it has:
Electric Power and 2 transformers of 60 and 30 kW respectively.
The ranch area has 2 masonry houses, 1 small house with a huano roof, a cellar with a very large water tank, a deep well with a pump, 4 pig pens and 3 kennels.
Dividing the ranch, on the right side we have:
8 pens with salt stands, feeders and drinkers, 1 calf, 1 vaccination bag, 1 tick bag, 1 scale bag, 1 trap bag, 1 trap bag, 1 pier for lowering animals and 1 pier for trucks. 6 pastures between 5 and 6 hectares. 1 Charbray cattle annex with 4 pens, 1 pier, 1 deep well, a house and a very large watering hole.

8 corrales con stan de sal, comederos y bebederos, 1 becerrero, 1 manga de vacunación, 1 manga de garrapaticida, 1 manga para báscula, 1 manga para trampa, 1 embarcadero para bajar animales y 1 embarcadero para camionetas. 6 potreros entre 5 y 6 hectáreas. 1 anexa de ganado Charbray con 4 corrales, 1 embarcadero, 1 pozo profundo, una casa y 1 aguada muy grande.
