El Cuyo is a small fishing town in the state of Yucatán, with approximately 1750 inhabitants. It is a fishing port located at the northeastern end of the state, almost on its border with the state of Quintana Roo. It belongs to the municipality of Tizimín and is located within the Ria Lagartos Biosphere Reserve.

The color of the sea is a mix between emerald green and turquoise blue since it is very close to the Caribbean.

The land is private property and an excellent investment to develop a project.

Es un puerto pesquero situado al extremo noreste de la entidad, casi en sus límites con el estado de Quintana Roo. Pertenece al municipio de Tizimín y se encuentra situado dentro de la Reserva de la Biosfera Ría Lagartos.

El color del mar es una mezcla entre verde esmeralda y azul turquesa ya que está muy cerca del caribe .
