This neighborhood is one of the smallest but
has a great appeal, with Spanish-style
and Californian colonial constructions that remain standing.
There are also remnants of a recent past that
are preserved in very good condition, referring to houses
from the 1940s. Its location allows it to be neighbors
with the most crowded and attractive neighborhoods of the
Mexico City, the Roma neighborhood, Condesa, and the
Historic Center. A brief rectangle located in the
northeast corner of the Benito Juárez Mayor's Office.

Today it is one of the neighborhoods that combines the
past with the present, seeming immutable in time;
its leafy trees, its busy streets, cultural
spaces, and life in harmony.
In recent years it has experienced a
renaissance and has become a popular place
for urban life, attracting residents and
visitors alike.
