Yaxche is a real estate development born from the roots of the trees, the colonial estates of the Yucatán Peninsula, the various convents, and pre-Hispanic ruins of the area. The lush vegetation, patios, and arcades are a true oasis for the permanent and intermittent inhabitants of Playa del Carmen.

The project consists of two structures connected by bridges and separated by a central patio. On one side, there is a complete residential building, and on the roadside between Cancún and Tulum, there are commercial spaces on the ground floor with double height and three additional levels of residential units.Yaxche es un desarrollo inmobiliario nacido de las raíces de los árboles, las haciendas coloniales de la península de Yucatán, los diversos conventos y ruinas prehispánicas de la zona. El proyecto se compone de dos estructuras comunicadas por puentes y separadas por un patio central. Por un lado, hay un edificio residencial completo, y en el lado de la carretera entre Cancún y Tulum, hay espacios comerciales en la planta baja con doble altura y tres niveles adicionales de unidades residenciales.
