TEMPORARY RENTALS
For weekends, vacation periods or just for the day such as birthdays, weddings, family reunions and business or business meetings.

I) WEEKEND RENTAL PRICES
- The main house is rented in three sectors 24 hours a day:
. Sector 1 (6 People) Price: $400 (Rooms 1 and 2)
. Sector 2 (6 People) Price: $400 (Rooms 3 and 4)
. Sector 3 (12 People) Price: $700 (Rooms 5, 6 and 7)
- Maximum capacity of 24 people 24 hours a day
- All use of the common area of the house is exclusive to your family.
- $250 deposit refundable the first 3 business days for weekend rentals.

IT'S OPTIONAL:
. Room 8 (5 Employees) Price: $50
. Room 9 (2 Driver or Security) Price: $50

II) RENTAL PRICE OF THE DAY'S EVENTS AND WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE
- Groups of up to 20 people price $350 minimum and additional people price $12 each.
- Hire mobile bathrooms for more than 35 people; clean and take out the garbage.
- Book in advance the first 50% deposit and the add-on 15 days before the event.
- If they cancel the event and it is not going to take place, you have a surcharge of 50% of the first deposit.
- $500 deposit refundable for the first 3 business days for rentals 6 days and older.

LOCATION
Located in Playa Cangrejera, Depto La Libertad km 48.6 Casa D'PALMA is located in front of the sea 20 minutes from Puerto de La Libertad, 40 minutes from Comalapa Airport and 50 minutes from San Salvador.

THREE ACCESSES
1. Highway to Comalapa Airport, connecting Carretera Litoral
2. San Salvador - Los Planes - Panchimalco - Rosario de Mora highway, connecting Carretera Litoral
3. San Salvador highway leads to the city and Puerto de La Libertad

MAIN HOUSE
The design of the house is Modern Tropical with slab and polished soft stone finishes on walls, floors and bathrooms; lobby, bathroom, kitchen, breakfast bar, refrigerator, kitchen with fan, oven and microwave; main living room and dining room with fans, internal parking for 12 vehicles; all rooms with bathroom, hot water system, equipped with fans and air conditioners.

HAMAQUERO RANCH
Hamaquero Ranch Area: Kitchen, full bathroom with dressing room, service kitchen, dining room for 12 people plus two tables for 4 people, large barbecue with area for serving snacks and cocktails; Endless pool with lizard, Blowers or water jets and jacuzzi; shower to remove sand and 2 terraces for sunbathing
RULES, REGULATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
- No smoking inside the house or rooms
- Tolerable Music Volume
- Turn off fans and A/C when leaving the rooms the employee will be watching
- Bring crystal water, ice, charcoal, food, drinks and garbage bags
- Do not sit with wet clothes in the living room and dining room
- Do not place wet towels on furniture
- Polite small pets are allowed that do not enter the pool and collect dirt
- Children under 2 years old with their pen are free and are not on the list
- No Entry of Weapons

WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE
Waiter and a thousand uses the tip is voluntary.
If you want a cook it is optional and you are paid $15 for each day
Bedding, Main House, Hamaquero Ranch and the entire common area of the house.

II) PRECIO ALQUILER EVENTOS DEL DIA Y QUE INCLUYE
- Grupos hasta 20 personas precio $350 lo mínimo y personas adicionales precio $12 c/u.
- Contratar baños móviles más de 35 personas; limpiar y llevarse la basura.
- Reservar con anticipación 1er depósito 50% y el complemento 15 días antes del evento.
- Si cancelan el evento y no se va efectuar tiene un recargo de 50% del 1er depósito.
- Deposito $500 reembolsable los primeros 3 días hábiles para alquileres de 6 días en adelante.

Ubicada en Playa Cangrejera, Depto La Libertad km 48.6 casa D'PALMA está frente al mar a 20 minutos del Puerto de La Libertad, a 40 minutos del aeropuerto de Comalapa y 50 minutos de San Salvador.

El Diseño de la casa es Tropical Moderna con acabados de laja y piedra suave pulida en paredes, pisos y baños; vestíbulo, baño social, cocina, desayunador, refrigeradora, cocina con ventilador, horno y microondas; sala y comedor principal con ventiladores, parqueo Interno para 12 Vehículos; todas las habitaciones con baño, sistema de agua caliente, equipadas con ventiladores y aires acondicionados.

RANCHO HAMAQUERO
Área del Rancho Hamaquero: Cocina, baño completo con des vestidero, cocina de Servicio, Comedor 12 personas más dos mesas 4 personas, barbacoa grande con área para servir boquitas y cocteles; Piscina sin fin con lagartera, Blowers o chorros de agua y jacuzzi; ducha para quitar Arena y 2 terrazas para asolearse
NORMAS, REGLAMENTO Y RESTRICCIONES
- No fumar dentro la casa u habitaciones
- Volumen Tolerable de la Música
- Apagar ventiladores y A/C al salir de los cuartos el empleado estará pendiente
- Traer agua cristal, hielo, carbón, alimentos, bebidas y bolsas de basura
- No sentarse con ropa mojada en la sala y comedor
- No colocar toallas mojadas en los muebles
- Se permiten mascotas pequeñas educadas que no ingresen a Piscina y recoger la suciedad
- Niños menores de 2 años con su corral es gratis y no cuentan en la lista
- No Ingreso de Armas

QUE INCLUYE
Mesero y mil usos la propina es voluntaria.
Si quieren Cocinera es Opcional y se le pagan $15 por cada día
Ropa de Cama, Casa Principal, Rancho Hamaquero y toda el área común de la casa.
