O projeto está localizado na ilha de Cozumel a poucos metros do mar, devido à sua localização privilegiada tem vistas espetaculares da costa e está muito perto do terminal marítimo principal.

É um edifício de 6 andares que possui 8 tipologias diferentes.
O térreo abriga um amplo saguão, possui um centro de negócios, sala de reuniões, 8 lojas, estacionamento para carros e bicicletas.
O primeiro andar abriga dois estúdios com um quarto e terraço, um apartamento com 3 quartos e terraço, e 4 apartamentos com 2 quartos e terraços respectivamente.
O segundo andar abriga a área de amenidades, tem um jardim no telhado com piscina, bar e academia, abriga 4 apartamentos com 2 quartos e terraços respectivamente.
O terceiro andar tem um apartamento de dois quartos com terraço e jacuzzi, abriga 4 apartamentos com 2 quartos e terraços respectivamente.
O quarto andar tem um apartamento de dois quartos com terraço e jacuzzi, abriga quatro apartamentos com 2 quartos e um terraço cada respectivamente.
O quinto andar tem um Pent-House com dois quartos, jacuzzi, um banheiro grande e um terraço generoso, abriga quatro apartamentos com 2 quartos e terraços respectivamente.

Os acabamentos interiores são de piso de mármore, fiorito que é distribuído em todas as áreas do mesmo e lhe dá integridade - sofisticação ao mesmo tempo que cria uma materialidade homogênea de tons, madeira TZALAM, paredes brancas que cumprem a função de distribuir melhor a iluminação, cancelería preta em perfis largos, guarda-corpos de vidro temperado e luzes de teto com jogo em alturas com iluminação indireta.
Os acabamentos exteriores são de um reboco bege na maioria das faces da fachada, bem como madeira que finaliza as lajes, a pedra maia é distribuída como uma fita no térreo criando a ideia de uma base para o edifício, cancelerías pretas e acabamento de vidro para completar as aberturas no edifício.The project is located on the island of Cozumel a few meters from the sea, due to its

The interior finishes are marble floor, fiorito that is distributed in all areas of the same and
