O Azulik Residences terá 4 torres em um terreno de 1,5 hectare no qual 84 apartamentos serão distribuídos. Cada edifício oferecerá dez tipos de apartamentos, variando de 90 m2 (968,75 pés quadrados) a 300 m2 (3.229 pés quadrados). Todas as unidades terão seu próprio terraço com vista para a selva e algumas delas com telhado, fogueira e mergulho.

Cada espaço é projetado para aproveitar a luz natural, as áreas internas e externas desse empreendimento, com espaços que têm a possibilidade de se adaptar livremente às necessidades do proprietário da casa. Azulik Residences will have 4 towers on a 1.5-hectare plot in which 84 apartments will be distributed. Each building will offer ten types of apartments, ranging from 90 m2 (968.75 sq.ft.) to 300 m2 (3,229 sq.ft.). All the units will have their own terrace with a view of the jungle and some of them with a rooftop, fire pit and plunge.

Each space is designed to take advantage of natural light, the interior and exterior areas of this development, with spaces that have the possibility of freely adapting to the needs of the home owner.
