Architecturally, the main house of the estate features elements typical of a residence designed to serve its owners. It consists of an oratory, a corridor with Moorish arches, and a section of pens that show an antiquity that probably reaches back to the 17th century. It is noted that the southern, eastern, and western corridors were built in 1795.

Two chimney towers still stand, witnesses of the 19th and 20th centuries that recall the former agricultural activities of the estate. The round tubular one on the east recalls the henequen industry, and the square design on the west belongs to the sugar mill. It even has a waterwheel.

The facilities of this ancient estate are in optimal condition and safeguard an admirable heritage that includes sumptuous objects, rustic furniture, hardwood chairs with leather backs and seats, Mayan figurines, and everyday objects, such as the impressive basin resting on thick stone pedestals.

A small aqueduct in the center of the first garden highlights the vital importance of water for the local people. There is evidence of seven deep wells, small stone deposits on either side, and a cenote on the right side of the house.

Aún se mantienen en pie dos torres de chimeneas, testigos de los siglos XIX y XX que recuerdan pretéritas actividades agrícolas de la finca. La tubular redonda del oriente recuerda la industria henequenera y la del poniente de diseño cuadrado pertenece a la azucarera. Cuenta incluso con una noria.

Las instalaciones de esta antigua hacienda están en óptimas condiciones y resguardan un patrimonio admirable que comprende objetos suntuarios, rústico mobiliario, sillas de madera dura con respaldo y asiento de piel, estatuillas mayas y objetos de uso cotidiano, como la impresionante batea que descansa en los gruesos pedestales de piedra.

Un pequeño acueducto al centro del primer jardín remarca la vital importancia del agua para la gente del lugar. Hay evidencia de siete pozos profundos, pequeños depósitos de piedra a diestra y siniestra y un cenote en el costado derecho de la casa.
