This house is located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Mexico, the Florida neighborhood.

It is composed as follows: On the ground floor, we find the living room and dining room separated by a space with a large dome that provides light and spaciousness to this area, creating a perfect environment to receive and socialize with friends. This social area is complemented by the bar and a half bathroom.

The library or study with shelves to organize your books will provide you with a quiet place to read and work.

The kitchen is spacious with a large pantry for storage, it has an island with a stove and hood, space for a breakfast area, and large windows with a tree view. The kitchen has access to the terrace and the garden of the house where you can organize your parties and you will find a grill for barbecuing.

At the back of the terrace, there is an independent room with a full bathroom.

Next to the kitchen, we find two service areas, one is on the same level and has a half bathroom, and the other, which is very spacious, is located next to the service room by going up the service stairs.

On the second level, there is a hallway that connects to the three bedrooms, all with a spaciousness that you won't find anywhere else, very well-lit, and each has its own bathroom and dressing room. We also find a family room, a cozy place to gather, chat, and watch movies.

The house has parking for four cars and there is an independent entrance that leads directly to the terrace.

Esta casa se encuentra en una de las colonias más bonitas de México, la colonia Florida.

Está conformada de la siguiente manera: En planta baja encontramos la sala y comedor separados por un espacio con un gran domo que proporciona luz y amplitud a esta área creando un ambiente perfecto para recibir y convivir con los amigos. Esta área social esta complementada con el bar y un medio baño.

La biblioteca o estudio con estantes para organizar tus libros te proporcionara un lugar tranquilo para poder leer y trabajar.

La cocina es amplia con una gran despensa para guardar, tiene una isla con estufa y campana, espacio para el antecomedor y ventanales con vista arbolada. La cocina tiene salida a la terraza y al jardín de la casa en donde podrás organizar tus fiestas y encontraras un asador para organizar la carne asada.

En el fondo de la terraza se encuentra una habitación independiente con baño completo.

Junto a la cocina encontramos dos áreas de servicio, una se encuentra en el mismo nivel y tiene un medio baño y la otra muy amplia se encuentra junto con el cuarto de servicio subiendo las escaleras de servicio.

En el segundo nivel se encuentra un pasillo que comunica a las tres habitaciones, todas con una amplitud que ya no encuentras en ningún lado, muy iluminadas y cada una tiene su propio baño y vestidor. También encontramos un family room lugar acogedor de reunión para platicar y ver películas.

La casa tiene estacionamiento para cuatro coches y hay una entrada independiente que lleva directo a la terraza.
